Silica Fume precision machine tool bases grout can be used as an additive to grout used to grout the base of precision machine tools.Silica Fume For Grouting Material  can react with alkali - aggregate reaction: alkali aggregate reaction is the reaction between reactive silicon oxide in the aggregate and alkali in the cement to generate water absorption products, which increase in volume and lead to expansion and cracking of the grout. When the grout is mixed with silica ash for grouting material, the reaction between Microsilica powder and alkali in cement can prevent this excessive expansion. Domestic and international practice shows that microsilica powder is beneficial to inhibit the alkali - aggregate reaction in grout. When calculating the total alkali in grout, the effective alkali brought in by microsilica powder is calculated at 50 per cent of its total alkali content.
